What’s proposed: Around 1,000 dwellings with a variety of housing, 770 jobs, 10,600m2 of commercial space, 4,500m2 of retail space, 1.2ha of industrial land, open space, community facilities and a transit interchange.
Our role: As masterplanner and developer, UrbanGrowth NSW will deliver the infrastructure, parklands and community facilities.

Stage 2 infrastructure works are underway and will deliver a showpiece new urban canal for Penrith when completed in mid-2014. Planning for the retail uses and apartment sites in the ‘village centre’ adjacent to Penrith Station is progressing, with applications to be lodged in the second half of 2014.
Features: Transit orientated development and a critical site for the evolution of Penrith City.
