Where: The Wentworth Point Urban Activation Precinct (UAP) is located at the northern end of Wentworth Point, Homebush. The mixed use precinct is surrounded by Sydney Olympic Park to the west, Parramatta River to the north, Homebush Bay to the east and privately owned land to the south.

What’s proposed: Two high density residential neighborhoods, home to approximately 2,300 apartments, a 3.9 ha Peninsula Park and three additional pocket parks, new primary school, pedestrian and cycle promenade around the foreshore of both Parramatta River and Homebush Bay and maritime facilities that may include dry boat storage, rowing/kayaking facilities. There is demand for people to live in this area due to the easily accessible ferry transport links and employment, public space and recreation facilities at nearby Sydney Olympic Park.
Our role: UrbanGrowth NSW is acting in the role of development manager on behalf of Roads and Maritime Services. Our focus is on obtaining the required planning approvals, undertaking enabling infrastructure major works and coordinating the sale to the private sector to facilitate housing supply.
