Where: Adjacent to the UWS Campbelltown Campus and surrounding Macarthur Railway Station (Access off Narellan Road, Campbelltown)
Council: Campbelltown City Council
Area: over 120ha
What’s proposed: Over 850 homes, public open space, two new sport fields, the rehabilitation of Bow Bowing Creek and an embellished lake precinct.
Our role: We are working with the University of Western Sydney to deliver a residential estate that capitalises on the benefits of the wider Macarthur Regional Centre, including good access to transport, shopping and community facilities. Macarthur Heights will create a new, vibrant urban community for the region, offering residents a chance to learn, work and play close to where they live.
Where it’s up to: Perched with views above Campbelltown, the Macarthur Heights Sales Centre recently opened its doors to the public, with our Stage 1A land release of 42 retail lots held on Saturday 23 August. This was the first major land release in Campbelltown for a number of years. The release attracted hundreds of keen buyers and the lots sold in only a few hours. The site continues to progress with work on the main entry road and the remainder of Stage 1 currently underway.
